Personalize nao Agent with .naorules

Did you know that you can personalize how nao Agent works - with a simple .naorules file?

Set preferences to fully align the Agent with your team's standards:

• Code style: SQL in lowercase or uppercase, commas at start or end of line, and even your sqlfluff.
• Agent tone: Wordy or concise, speak in your language, always explain or skip explanation.
• Behavior: Auto-update docs, define systematic testing, follow repo-specific rules.
• Tool-specific docs: Include docs from your main data tools like Airflow, your semantic layer, your data documentation, etc - match your stack and internal guides.

To get started, go to Settings → Agent → Add .naorules, and create a .naorules file with your instructions. nao will instantly adapt to your preferences - no extra setup required.
